• Avoid conflicts of interest and comply with fair competition and antitrust regulations.
• Respect intellectual property rights and ensure products are free from counterfeiting.
• Adhere to applicable export controls, trade sanctions, and legal restrictions.
• Support whistleblower protections, ensuring employees can report concerns without retaliation.

Environmental Responsibility

Waya encourages suppliers to:
